Outfits

You are reminded that outfits for this competition should conform to the British Dance Council Rule Book for this competition.

Venue

The Venue is the Ricoh Arena Coventry, which is the football stadium for Coventry City FC. The Venue is state of the art and the competition will be held in the E-on Suite overlooking the football pitch. For directions

at the E-on Suite, Ricoh Arena, Pheonix Way, Foleshill, Coventry, CV6 6GE

Take Exit Number 3 off M6.  Follow A444 to Coventry,

Ricoh Arena is signposted from the motorway island, situated LESS than 1 mile from the motorway exit.

At the roundabout in front of the Arena, turn left, then turn right into Car Parks A, B.

Entrance to the Arena is on left hand side of Casino.  The E-on Suite, in on the second floor. (Lifts and Escalators available)

Seating for over 1000 people, Coffee Bars, Restaurants, Licensed Bars.

Dance Floor Size…. 22 mtrs x 18 mtrs. (approx) 

Car Parking

Free Car Parking for 15,000 cars right outside the front door.

Ample space for coaches

Accommodation

There are a number of Hotels situated in the locality to the venue.

Admission Prices & Ticket Information

Dance Festival tickets must be purchased in advance, as numbers will need to be restricted. Tickets are priced at £25 Weekend Pass, £13 for day pass, £90 Family Weekend Pass. Family Pass is for two Adults and Two Children. Single ticket prices are for both Children & Adults.. There will be a disco and get together on the Saturday evening for all competitors. Ticket price includes disco.

Items Needed:

You will need your EADA registration forms that have been provided by EADA and your FTA confirmation letter sent by email or hand delivered at Blackpool championships.

Changing Facilities

Changing Facilities will be provided and will be split into male and female changing rooms. Please be mindful of other teams whilst changing. Items left in the changing rooms will be left at the owners risk.

Drink

Please note the Arena does not allow food or drink to be taken into the premises as they sell it inside.  Pass outs are available. And many food outlets can be found on site.

Please note there are to be no unaccompanied children.  There are many teams competing. You are responsible for your Team and it is your responsibility to get them to the right places at the right times.

 they will be representing YOUR SCHOOL and the FTA
